Our role

We are the data controller for your account information. When you use ShipCelero to generate labels, we act as a data processor — handling your customers' shipment data strictly on your instructions.

What shipment data we process

Recipient name, delivery address, email, and phone number — only what is needed to submit the label to the carrier.

Data Processing Agreement

If your business needs a formal DPA (as required by GDPR Article 28), just email us at privacy@shipcelero.com and we'll send one over.

Sub-processors

We use the following to deliver the service:

• Auth0 — login and authentication (EU)
• PostNord / GLS / DHL — shipping carriers (EU / SCCs where applicable)
• Shopify — order data via Shopify Admin API (SCCs in place)
• Cloud host — infrastructure and database (EU)

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Email privacy@shipcelero.com. We respond within 30 days.
