Who we are

ShipCelero is operated by TjPrint (CVR 45304841), based in Denmark. We are the data controller for information about our customers, and a data processor for shipment data we handle on your behalf.

What we collect

When you sign up we store your name, email, and business address. When you create a shipping label, we process the recipient's name, delivery address, email, and phone number — only what is needed to generate the label.

We also collect basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and debugging.

Why we use it

To run the service, send you labels, manage your subscription, and keep everything secure. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We pass the necessary shipment data to the carrier you choose (e.g. PostNord, GLS, DHL) to create the label. We use Auth0 for login, Shopify's API to read order data, and a cloud host in the EU for infrastructure. That's it.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 3 years after. Shipment records are kept for 5 years as required by Danish bookkeeping law. Logs are deleted after 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email us at privacy@shipcelero.com and we'll get back to you within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with Datatilsynet if you think we've done something wrong.
