Who we are
ShipCelero is built and operated by TjPrint (CVR 45304841), a small Danish company. We make it easier for online shops to create shipping labels without leaving their order management system.
The service
We give you access to carrier APIs (like PostNord, GLS, and DHL) so you can generate shipping labels from your Shopify store. We are a middleman between you and the carrier — we are not a carrier ourselves and are not responsible for delivery, delays, or lost parcels.
Your account
Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for anything that happens under your account. If something looks wrong, let us know at support@shipcelero.com.
Fair use
Use ShipCelero for legitimate shipping purposes only. Don't try to misuse the platform, resell access, or ship prohibited goods.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed as described on our pricing page. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before changing prices.
Liability
We do our best to keep ShipCelero running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We are not liable for carrier errors, lost shipments, or indirect losses. Our liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 3 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes go to the courts of Denmark.
